Key Responsibilities

• Direct the comprehensive delivery of large-scale IT infrastructure initiatives, encompassing transition and transformational programs.
• Oversee service transitions that include knowledge transfer, cutover scheduling, hypercare support, and handing over to operational teams.
• Coordinate multi-vendor and cross-disciplinary teams to ensure program execution aligns with defined scope, timelines, budgets, and quality standards.
• Establish and maintain governance frameworks, manage risks, actions, issues, and dependencies (RAID), and facilitate executive-level reporting along with stakeholder communications.
• Manage financial aspects, resource allocation, vendor outputs, and ensure compliance with contractual obligations.
• Lead initiatives that involve cloud migration, upgrading infrastructure, and refining operational processes.
• Guarantee preparedness for operations while upholding security standards, regulatory compliance, and adherence to ITIL service management processes.
• Support and coach delivery teams, fostering continuous enhancements in program implementation and service delivery.

Qualifications and Eligibility

Candidates must hold at least a graduate degree to be considered for this role.
