  • Work closely with Product, Support, Engineering, and other internal teams to address complex customer needs, technical issues, and product enhancement opportunities.
  • Mentor consultants, partners, and technical teams by reviewing designs, sharing best practices, creating reusable assets, and fostering delivery excellence organization-wide.
  • Stay current on modern observability, cloud-native technology, automation, security, and operational best practices to provide authoritative architectural guidance and thought leadership.

  • Capability to produce clear architecture diagrams, decision documentation, implementation blueprints, governance frameworks, executive communications, and technical documents.
  • Experience leading structured workshops, balancing priorities, identifying risks, influencing stakeholders without formal authority, and presenting technical details from engineering up to C-level executives.
  • Strong commercial acumen and delivery savviness including scope management, estimation, assumption validation, dependencies, acceptance criteria setting, and defining outcome-based value.
  • Possession or pursuit of industry certifications in cloud, observability, automation, security, IT operations, or related areas is desirable.
