Role Overview
Join the production team assembling, testing, and packaging high-calibre products. The role embraces Lean principles focused on continuous improvement, waste reduction, and maintaining exceptional quality. Attention to detail and a commitment to uphold high standards are essential.
Shift Details
- Day shift: approximately 6:30 am to 3:00 pm
- Afternoon shift: approximately 2:45 pm to 11:15 pm
- Night shift: approximately 11:00 pm to 7:00 am
Primary Responsibilities
- Closely following documented job instructions with precision
- Meeting daily and weekly production goals
- Collaborating with team members to ensure smooth workflow
- Seeking and implementing continuous process improvements
- Adhering to health and safety policies to maintain a secure workplace

- Physically capable of standing for entire shifts
