Production Supervisor

Job Overview

Balaji Minerals & Co. is seeking an experienced Production Supervisor to oversee the daily operations at their Feldspar & Quartz Powder and Chips manufacturing facility located in Marikal Village, Nagarkurnool District, Telangana. This full-time, onsite role involves managing plant workflows, guiding staff, and liaising with contractors and suppliers to ensure efficient and safe production processes.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day activities on the manufacturing site.
• Supervise and coordinate workers to maintain productivity and quality.
• Communicate and collaborate effectively with contractors and vendors involved in the production process.
• Monitor machinery performance and production operations to avoid downtime.
• Ensure that safety protocols are strictly followed throughout the plant.

Candidate Requirements

• Diploma or degree in Mechanical, Civil, Electrical, Mining Engineering, or a closely related discipline.
• Between 1 to 3 years of experience within manufacturing, mining, mineral processing, construction, or related industrial sectors.
• Fundamental understanding of machinery operation, production techniques, maintenance practices, and safety standards.
• Strong leadership qualities coupled with effective communication and coordination skills.
• Basic proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Word.
