About the Role

Join Linen Services as a Production Supervisor to lead daily operations at the Maryborough facility, providing vital healthcare linen services across Queensland. This position involves management of production workflows to ensure a safe, efficient service aligned with hospital and health facility needs. Reporting to the Production Manager, you will guide the team and processes to maintain high quality and productivity standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee daily laundry production workflows to meet targets and customer requirements.
• Assign tasks and allocate resources effectively among staff members.
• Support employee development through training and performance management initiatives.
• Ensure compliance with healthcare linen quality standards and safety regulations.
• Manage stock levels of consumables and handle related administrative duties.
• Operate and program commercial laundry machinery as required.
• Act as operational lead in the absence of the Production Manager.
• Foster a positive, safe, and productive workplace environment.

Candidate Qualifications

• Demonstrated experience in supervising production or operational teams.
• Strong organizational capabilities and effective problem-solving skills.
