Production Supervisor

Role Overview

As a Production Supervisor at Dreamspan Ventures based in Pune, Maharashtra, you will orchestrate and oversee the daily manufacturing workflow to ensure smooth, efficient operations in adherence to quality standards and timelines.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain detailed Job Cards aligned with production demands.
• Formulate daily production plans and schedules effectively.
• Collaborate closely with supervisors, workers, and various departments including Stores, Purchase, Quality Control, and Dispatch to streamline operations.
• Directly oversee the day-to-day production activities to meet operational goals.
• Ensure achievement of production targets within stipulated timeframes.
• Supervise manufacturing processes including fabrication, carpentry, assembly, finishing, and packing stages.
• Confirm all production adheres strictly to authorized drawings, technical specifications, and quality benchmarks.
• Manage manpower deployment and monitor workforce productivity continuously.
• Coordinate procurement logistics to guarantee timely availability of raw materials and other requirements.
• Identify and escalate any production delays, quality concerns, material shortages, or constraints to higher management promptly.
• Maintain comprehensive daily production documentation and compile periodic reports.
• Enforce proper housekeeping, safety protocols, and discipline within the production environment.
• Liaise with the Dispatch department to ensure on-time delivery of finished products.

Salary and Benefits

This role offers a monthly salary ranging from INR 20,000 to INR 25,000.
