Production Planner

About the Role

This opportunity is based at Kabirwala Factory, offering a full-time onsite position. Candidates should hold at least a Bachelor’s Degree or an Engineering qualification and possess 2 to 3 years of relevant experience. Key Responsibilities

• Develop practical and achievable short-term production plans within the defined DPS period, factoring in available production capacity, labor, and materials.
• Identify operational challenges, such as plant shutdowns and the schedule of promotional activities, relevant within the planning period.
• Formulate optimized replenishment plans for raw materials and packaging to ensure continuous production supply.
• Coordinate directly with designated suppliers to manage material deliveries.
• Establish and manage stock policies for each SKU under the planner’s portfolio.
• Recognize and address issues impacting the supply and demand balance for raw and packaging materials.
• Engage suppliers in collaborative supply chain improvement initiatives that add value to both Nestlé and its partners.

Qualifications and Experience

• 2 to 3 years of experience in distribution operations, supply chain management, or warehousing.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and SAP MH modules.
• Demonstrated ability to take initiative and implement successful projects.
• Capability to collaborate effectively with diverse cross-functional teams to ensure seamless business operations.
