About the Role
This opportunity is based at Kabirwala Factory, offering a full-time onsite position. Candidates should hold at least a Bachelor’s Degree or an Engineering qualification and possess 2 to 3 years of relevant experience. Key Responsibilities
- Develop practical and achievable short-term production plans within the defined DPS period, factoring in available production capacity, labor, and materials.
- Identify operational challenges, such as plant shutdowns and the schedule of promotional activities, relevant within the planning period.
- Formulate optimized replenishment plans for raw materials and packaging to ensure continuous production supply.
- Coordinate directly with designated suppliers to manage material deliveries.
- Establish and manage stock policies for each SKU under the planner’s portfolio.
- Recognize and address issues impacting the supply and demand balance for raw and packaging materials.
- Engage suppliers in collaborative supply chain improvement initiatives that add value to both Nestlé and its partners.
Qualifications and Experience
- 2 to 3 years of experience in distribution operations, supply chain management, or warehousing.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and SAP MH modules.
- Demonstrated ability to take initiative and implement successful projects.
- Capability to collaborate effectively with diverse cross-functional teams to ensure seamless business operations.
