Lifestyle Home Products is a family-operated business dedicated to serving homeowners in Ontario and Alberta. Our extensive 150,000 sq. ft. production facility in Peterborough, Ontario, manufactures sunrooms, porch enclosures, vinyl replacement windows, and exterior doors. Compensation and Benefits

• Hourly wages range from $22.50 to $27, depending on experience
• Full-time hours with benefit packages
• Allowance provided for work boots
• Incremental pay increases based on performance

Responsibilities and Work Environment

• Prepare and apply paint efficiently using spray guns and other tools
• Carry out paint preparation tasks following established standards
• Work shifts including weekends as required
• Comply with safety protocols and operational procedures
• Perform physically demanding tasks, including standing and moving for extended periods and lifting up to 50 lbs
• Wear safety equipment like respirators when necessary
• Operate effectively in hot environmental conditions
• Undertake additional duties as assigned

Candidate Profile and Expectations

• Strong work ethic and self-motivated attitude with minimal supervision needed
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team
• Punctuality and reliability are essential
• Comfortable using power tools and working with hands
• Prior painting experience, preferably with spray guns, and preparation skills required
