Job Summary
This role involves preparing and running machinery and tools to execute different manufacturing processes while maintaining adherence to quality benchmarks.
Key Responsibilities
- Configure and operate machines and tools to initiate and carry out production or manufacturing activities, continuously monitoring and fine-tuning machine parameters based on operational needs.
- Analyze departmental operating methods to identify improvement opportunities, eliminate bottlenecks, and increase operational efficiency.
- Conduct quality inspections following predefined plans, record outcomes according to quality standards, and ensure all processes comply with relevant regulatory requirements.
- Manage inventory by ordering raw materials, replenishing stocks when necessary, verifying deliveries, and inspecting both materials and finished products for specification compliance.
Qualifications and Experience
A minimum of two years’ experience in a related manufacturing environment is typically expected. Candidates should have completed high school or an equivalent educational qualification.
