Production Operator

Role Overview

Join Grundfos as one of seven Assembly Operators in a hands-on role assembling pump components with precision. You will contribute to creating world-class water and climate solutions by ensuring every product meets rigorous quality standards. Key Responsibilities

• Build pump components and sub-assemblies following engineering specifications and assembly instructions.
• Conduct quality checks during and after assembly processes to verify conformance to standards.
• Use production tools, fixtures, and equipment safely and effectively on the production line.
• Adopt lean manufacturing approaches and actively engage in continuous improvement initiatives.
• Keep the workstation clean, organized, and safe in line with 5S and occupational health and safety regulations.
• Work collaboratively with supervisors and teammates to achieve daily production goals and meet delivery timelines.

Candidate Profile

• Possess 1 to 2 years of practical experience in manufacturing, assembly, or related production settings.
• Skilled in reading and interpreting assembly instructions and technical drawings.
• Good manual dexterity and comfortable handling hand tools and assembly equipment.
• Ready to work onsite in Singapore at Grundfos, on either rotating or fixed shift schedules.

Desirable Qualifications

• Experience assembling pumps, motors, or electromechanical products.
• Knowledge of lean manufacturing methods or 5S workplace organization techniques.
• Educational background such as ITE or diploma in mechanical or electrical engineering.
