About the Role

As a Manufacturing Process Engineer, you will play a critical role in supporting and optimizing production processes specific to the Data Centre and IT Cooling product portfolio within our Singapore operations.

Key Responsibilities
- Facilitate daily production meetings and oversee improvement proposals aimed at enhancing operational performance.
- Ensure manufacturing engineering practices consistently meet cost, quality, and delivery objectives.
- Lead and participate in continuous improvement initiatives including the implementation of new processes and optimization of production setups.
- Provide guidance and mentorship to technicians, operators, and supervisors on best practices and process standards.
- Collaborate across departments such as Production, Supply Chain, Quality, EHS, and connect with regional and global teams to maintain seamless business operations.
- Maintain comprehensive process documentation and conduct training sessions to facilitate knowledge sharing throughout the organization.
Candidate Profile
- Possess a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Mechanical, Industrial, Manufacturing Engineering, or a closely related discipline.
- Have 1 to 2 years of relevant practical experience in manufacturing engineering or operational roles.
- Demonstrate a solid technical understanding of supply chain and production processes.
- Show capability in leading process improvements or project management within a manufacturing environment.
Additional Preferred Qualifications
- Experience related to cooling systems, pumps, or data center technology is advantageous.
- Knowledge of manufacturing regulations and standards in Singapore will be considered a plus.
- Familiarity with lean manufacturing or continuous improvement techniques is desirable.
