Job description
Role Overview
As a Production Engineer at Accutech Enterprises based in Bengaluru, you will oversee daily CNC Turning and VMC machining operations, focusing on fulfilling production goals, maintaining quality standards, ensuring high productivity, meeting delivery timelines, optimizing machine usage, and adhering to safety protocols.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee machine setups including tool loading, offsets, and fixture placement in line with machining parameters.
- Assist operators during the establishment of new jobs and the initial stages of production.
- Diagnose and resolve machining challenges related to tooling, fixtures, program errors, dimensional issues, and machine functionality.
- Track the condition and consumption of tools such as wear and insert usage alongside cutting parameter adjustments.
- Maintain proper machining conditions including feeds, speeds, depths of cut, and coolant application.
- Contribute to CNC and VMC program validation, modification, and optimization as needed.
Skills and Knowledge Requirements
- Strong practical expertise in CNC Turning and VMC machining processes.
Compensation
The monthly salary range for this position is between INR 20,000 and INR 60,000.
