Installation Engineer

Role Overview

We are seeking an enthusiastic Junior Installation Engineer to aid in the setup, testing, commissioning, and upkeep of various systems and equipment at client sites. The role requires readiness for travel, eagerness to master new technologies, and effective collaboration with senior engineering staff.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist with equipment installation and commissioning at customer premises.
• Interpret technical drawings, layouts, and installation guides accurately.
• Conduct inspections of sites both prior to and following installations.
• Participate in testing and troubleshooting to address issues during installation.
• Ensure all setups meet company standards and comply with safety regulations.
• Liaise with customers, suppliers, and internal departments to facilitate smooth project execution.
• Document installation activities, including installation and service reports as well as daily updates.
• Keep installation-related tools, devices, and materials well-maintained.
• Offer fundamental technical support and guidance to clients post-installation.
• Respond to preventive maintenance and urgent repair calls as needed.
• Adhere to project schedules and complete tasks within set deadlines.
• Strictly follow all health, safety, and quality procedures in the workplace.
