Job Overview

We are seeking a Production Engineer responsible for planning, supervising, and enhancing manufacturing workflows to meet production goals while upholding exemplary standards in quality, safety, and efficiency.

Key Duties

• Manage daily production operations and coordinate with various departments including quality and maintenance.
• Detect and address issues with processes or equipment to minimize downtime and control production costs.
• Drive continuous improvement programs such as Lean Manufacturing and 5S to optimize manufacturing effectiveness.
• Analyze production metrics, generate comprehensive reports, and maintain thorough standard operating procedures (SOPs).
• Ensure adherence to all safety and quality standards within the manufacturing environment.

Skills and Qualifications

• A bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Production, Industrial, or Manufacturing Engineering is required.
• Experience in a manufacturing setting demonstrating strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
