Production Designer - Architectural (US Experience Required)

Role Overview

The candidate will produce intricate architectural drawings using Revit 2024, focusing on multifamily housing and podium buildings aligned with US building standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Create detailed floor plans, elevations, sections, and specific layouts for stairs, kitchens, and bathrooms.
• Develop door and window drawings, schedules, and thorough construction details.
• Produce precise architectural documentation that is coordinated and ready for construction.
• Apply relevant US building codes including IBC, ADA, and accessibility standards.
• Verify stair dimensions, clearances, and headroom meet code requirements.
• Review all drawings for accuracy, coordination, and practical constructability.
• Coordinate architectural documents with other engineering and design disciplines.
• Work independently to convert schematic designs into construction-ready drawings with minimal supervision.

Candidate Profile

• Possess 7 to 8 years of professional experience in architectural production and design.
• Must have strong hands-on proficiency with Revit 2024.
• Prior experience on US-based architectural projects is essential.
• Expertise in multifamily housing and two to three-story podium buildings is required.
• Sound knowledge of US building codes including IBC and ADA.
• Strong skills in architectural detailing and construction documentation.
• Capable of independently producing accurate, construction-ready documentation from schematic concepts.
• Comprehensive understanding of floor plans, elevations, sections, staircases, doors/windows, schedules, and details.
• Senior-level professional able to work with minimum oversight.
• An up-to-date resume and portfolio demonstrating relevant US multifamily and podium projects and Revit work must be provided.
