Production Associate - Mat Roller

Role Overview

Cintas is looking for a Production Associate specializing as a Mat Roller to join the Rental Division. The incumbent will assess the quality of cleaned customer floor mats before operating a rolling machine to process them and will ensure the workspace stays clean. Finished mats are then sorted and staged for delivery. This role features a performance-based incentive system where exceeding rolling production targets can lead to additional compensation.

Key Duties

• Evaluate cleaned mats for quality before processing.
• Operate the mat rolling machine safely and efficiently.
• Maintain cleanliness and orderliness of the work area.
• Sort and position the rolled mats in designated staging areas for delivery.

Candidate Requirements and Expectations

• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States and at least 18 years old before starting employment.
• Adherence to company attendance policies is mandatory.
• Comfort working closely with others for prolonged durations.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, schedule-driven environment with time pressures to complete tasks quickly.
• Physical demands include standing for most of the shift, repetitive movements, stretching, bending, turning, reaching, and lifting or moving materials throughout the shift.

Selection Process
