Product Test Engineer

Role Overview and Responsibilities

As a Product Test Engineer, you will be in charge of conducting new product off-loads and qualifying products to ensure they meet customer specifications. You will collaborate closely with customers to analyze product yields and performance metrics, aiming to enhance these aspects and streamline testing procedures. Your role will require you to develop and maintain test programs and hardware essential for product sorting and final testing activities. Additionally, you will be responsible for generating engineering reports and participating in regular technical discussions with clients. You will also oversee the development and handover of testing solutions for both Wafer Sort and Final Test phases to production teams, as well as defining and documenting test processes and procedures for new products.

Candidate Requirements

• A Bachelor’s Degree in Electronics Engineering or a related technical field is required.
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills are essential.
• Strong project management capabilities, along with analytical thinking and problem-solving proficiency, are needed.
• Familiarity with Statistical Process Control (SPC) and data analytics is important; coding skills in Python or other programming languages are advantageous.
• A minimum of two years’ relevant work experience is preferred, however, recent graduates with a strong foundation are encouraged to apply.
