Role Overview and Responsibilities
- Efficiently address customer grievances ensuring resolutions are met within the stipulated turnaround times.
- Conduct thorough Root Cause Analysis for significant vehicle malfunctions.
- Offer expert technical assistance to mechanics during on-field assignments.
- Perform field inspections and prepare detailed failure analysis documentation.
- Collaborate with research and development teams to support product enhancements and engineering modifications.
- Manage the execution of Engineering Change Notices (ECN/ECR) across operational fleet vehicles.
- Guarantee timely completion of all preventive maintenance schedules.
- Provide training and guidance to mechanics on diagnostic techniques, troubleshooting methodologies, and service protocols.
- Drive enhancements in vehicle availability and elevate the quality of service by continuously refining operational processes.
Candidate Profile and Requirements
- Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Automobile Engineering or related disciplines.
- Minimum 2 to 5 years experience in electric vehicles, automotive, or commercial vehicle service operations.
- Proven skills in vehicle diagnostics and troubleshooting.
- Comprehensive knowledge of vehicle system architectures and service workflow.
- Demonstrated experience conducting Root Cause Analysis (RCA).
- Strong communication capabilities and adeptness in managing customer relationships.
- Willingness and ability to undertake substantial travel for field support activities.
