Role Overview
We are seeking a Product Setup Technician based in Highbrook, Auckland to join our team. This role involves maintaining warehouse and configuration center orderliness, refurbishing machines for resale, configuring new machines per prescribed procedures, ensuring accurate record keeping in DHL’s systems, and conducting periodic stock inventories.
Key Responsibilities
- Keep the warehouse and configuration center tidy and organized at all times.
- Adhere strictly to guidelines when refurbishing machines intended for resale.
- Apply set instructions to configure new machines for operational readiness.
- Maintain precise and up-to-date records within DHL’s warehouse management systems.
- Carry out regular cyclical stock counts and audits to ensure inventory accuracy.
Candidate Requirements
- Previous experience in a dynamic third-party logistics (3PL) warehouse setting is preferred, but candidates eager to learn are welcome.
- A collaborative approach emphasizing strong customer service standards.
- Keen attention to detail ensuring high accuracy in task execution.
- A flexible and proactive attitude with a readiness to engage new challenges.
- Analytical thinking paired with solid problem-solving capabilities.
