Product Project Manager

Job Overview

We are seeking a seasoned Product Project Manager to join a prominent financial institution based in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This role demands expertise in the areas of cards, payments, product launches, and project management, coupled with the capability to oversee entire product delivery cycles and collaborate with diverse stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee the complete lifecycle of product launches, enhancements, and strategic programs.
• Develop and maintain project plans including timelines, milestones, risk assessments, and deliverable tracking.
• Work closely with teams across Product, Technology, Operations, Risk, Compliance, and Marketing departments.
• Lead go-to-market strategies to secure effective product introductions.
• Manage communications with stakeholders, prepare project status reports, and provide updates to executive leadership.
• Guarantee adherence to regulatory standards and operational preparedness.

Essential Qualifications and Experience

• 10 to 15 years of professional experience within banking, cards, payments, or the financial services sector.
• Substantial project management skills grounded in payment systems and financial services.
• Solid knowledge of retail banking offerings, card issuance processes, and digital banking solutions.
• Demonstrated track record in launching products and delivering projects that require cross-functional coordination.
• Superior stakeholder engagement abilities and excellent communication skills.
• Bachelor's degree in a relevant discipline is required; an MBA is preferred.
