About the Role
We are seeking a seasoned Corporate Card Sales and Relationship Manager to oversee the acquisition, onboarding, and development of corporate credit card clients in Riyadh. This position merges business development with ongoing client relationship management, with emphasis on Corporate Cards, business payment solutions, portfolio expansion, and increasing card usage and expenditures.
Key Responsibilities
- Proactively identify and acquire new corporate credit card clients via prospecting, referrals, networking, and focused outreach.
- Build and manage a robust sales pipeline from initial engagement through application, onboarding, and activation phases.
- Comprehend corporate clients’ needs related to cash flow, working capital, expense control, employee spending, and payment mechanisms.
- Effectively present and promote Corporate Card products including reward schemes, cashback offers, spending controls, credit limits, installment plans, and digital onboarding capabilities.
- Manage end-to-end sales and relationship duties for Corporate Card customers.
- Collaborate closely with internal teams such as Credit, Risk, Operations, Product, and Onboarding to guarantee seamless and prompt execution.
- Boost card activation rates, utilization, transaction numbers, and overall portfolio advancement.
- Spot opportunities to enhance customer spending and broaden relationships through additional cards and value-added payment solutions.
- Maintain up-to-date CRM data, sales reports, pipeline information, and forecasts.
- Keep abreast of market developments and competitor Corporate Card offerings to find new sales opportunities.
- Ensure compliance with KYC, AML, regulatory mandates, and internal governance throughout customer acquisition and onboarding procedures.
- Focus on surpassing sales goals tied to new acquisitions, activation, spending, portfolio growth, and retention.
Candidate Requirements
- Between 4 and 6 years’ experience in Corporate Banking, Business Banking, Corporate Payments, or related financial sectors.
- Proven record selling Corporate Credit Cards, Business or Commercial Cards, payments solutions, or comparable B2B financial products.
- Successful track record of new client acquisition, relationship building, pipeline management, and portfolio expansion.
- Sound understanding of corporate client financial needs, credit analysis, payment options, and expense oversight.
- Experience engaging with corporate customers, SMEs, entrepreneurs, or business owners.
- Strong abilities in sales, negotiation, presentation, and deal closure.
- Proficiency in managing the full sales cycle from lead generation through onboarding and portfolio development.
- Background in banks, financial institutions, fintech, card issuers/acquirers, or payments companies preferred.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Economics, Banking, or a related field.
- Fluency in both Arabic and English is essential.
- Excellent communication, stakeholder engagement, commercial insight, and relationship management skills.
- Driven, target-oriented, and thrives in a highly sales-focused environment.
