About the Role
Join beqom, a rapidly growing B2B SaaS company integrating Intentional AI to transform pay equity, transparency, compensation, and performance management worldwide. Trusted globally, beqom equips HR leaders with powerful tools to implement compliant pay decisions that attract and retain top talent.
This position focuses on advancing beqom's Pay Transparency module, including managing Communication Rounds, Information Requests, and Pay Remediation. You will collaborate closely with a Principal Product Manager and clients to define practical use cases and partner with design and engineering teams to deliver impactful features. This role is crucial as pay transparency regulations, such as the EU Pay Transparency Directive, significantly influence corporate compensation strategies.
Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate to develop the strategic roadmap for Pay Transparency features alongside the Product Manager.
- Lead execution with engineering teams by writing user stories and facilitating backlog grooming sessions.
- Work with UX designers to ensure feature designs align with customer requirements and maintain product coherence.
- Coordinate with other Product Managers and Owners for priority alignment across multiple modules.
- Manage and prioritize the user story backlog, communicating clear rationale for features to engineering.
- Partner with the Product Knowledge team to maintain up-to-date documentation of new functionalities.
Candidate Profile
- Proven experience delivering enterprise B2B SaaS products.
- Proficiency with JIRA or comparable product management tools.
- Strong grasp of user-centered design principles.
- Fluent English communication skills; additional languages advantageous.
- Exceptional communication, stakeholder engagement, and presentation abilities.
- Team-oriented attitude with a strong capacity for effective prioritization.
Preferred Qualifications
- Background in HR technology sector.
- Familiarity with pay transparency and equity regulations, such as the EU Pay Transparency Directive.
- Knowledge of additional European languages.
