About the Role
Join TechnologyOne as a Product Owner specializing in Human Resources solutions, where you'll influence the future of enterprise HR technology and help our customers enhance employee and organizational experiences. You will serve as the subject matter expert for the HR product, guiding its roadmap and translating customer feedback and market trends into impactful outcomes.
Key Responsibilities
- Define and articulate a clear product vision that aligns with company strategy and client needs
- Maintain and prioritize the product backlog leveraging customer insights, market intelligence, and regulatory updates
- Convert complex HR requirements into actionable product priorities and deliverables
- Prepare business cases and feasibility studies supporting roadmap planning and investment decisions
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to specify requirements and implement product enhancements
- Engage customers as product validation partners to ensure alignment with roadmap and ideas
- Facilitate product adoption via customer enablement activities, forums, user groups, and industry events
- Promote a culture of innovation, continuous product improvement, and standard best practices
Candidate Profile
- In-depth knowledge of current HR practices and the entire employee lifecycle
- Experience with core HR functions such as organization management, onboarding, recruitment, performance management, workforce administration, or employee experience
- Solid understanding of compliance, privacy, and regulatory issues affecting HR technology
- Skillful product thinking with the ability to balance customer value, strategy, commercial factors, and technical feasibility
- Proven capability in gathering customer feedback and translating business needs into practical product outcomes
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and presentation skills with a collaborative mindset
- Previous experience with enterprise HR or payroll software is highly desirable; familiarity with TechnologyOne products is a bonus
