Product Architect

As a Product Architect, you will take charge of the architectural vision and work closely with engineering and product teams to deliver industry-leading cloud-native ERP solutions. This position balances innovative design responsibilities with hands-on collaboration with development teams to realize high-quality software.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the design and implementation of SaaS solutions focused on scalability, security, performance, cost-efficiency, and compliance.
• Collaborate with Architects, Product Managers, Developers, and DevOps to translate business needs into technical designs.
• Gain an in-depth understanding of the TechnologyOne product suite to identify enhancements for functionality, usability, and customer satisfaction.
• Apply cloud-native architectural approaches such as microservices, serverless technologies, containerization, networking, and event-driven designs.
• Advocate secure coding practices, build robust monitoring systems, and contribute to disaster recovery planning.
• Establish coding standards, optimize delivery workflows, and enhance deployment automation to maintain product quality and timely releases.
• Provide technical mentorship to development teams, fostering innovation and continuous improvement.
• Explore and promote the use of AI and AI-assisted development tools within product and engineering teams to boost delivery speed and functionality while ensuring governance and accountability over AI-generated results.

Required Qualifications and Experience

• Proven track record in designing and deploying applications on cloud platforms including AWS, Microsoft Azure, or Google Cloud.
• Strong expertise in cloud-native architectures—microservices, serverless computing, containerization, networking, security, and event-driven models.
• Experience with enterprise software and a solid understanding of business processes and requirements.
• Technical proficiency in C# and SQL; familiarity with front-end technologies such as HTML5, JavaScript, and MVC frameworks is advantageous.
• Ability to align technical implementations with business objectives in enterprise domains.
• Experience working in agile environments collaborating cross-functionally to deliver customer-focused products.
• Basic knowledge of AI technologies with demonstrated use of AI tools to enhance solution design, development productivity, or customer outcomes.
• Relevant academic degree, formal qualifications, or equivalent industry experience.
