Role Overview

As a member of the Product team, you will create impactful solutions that simplify complex problems by collaborating closely with Design, Engineering, and Data teams. This role focuses on shaping the architecture and functionality underlying our cryptocurrency infrastructure and trading features, owning the roadmap for secure, scalable, and innovative crypto services.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee the end-to-end product lifecycle of cryptocurrency features and new product launches at scale, pushing fintech boundaries.
• Craft clear product requirements focused on building secure and scalable backend systems.
• Lead integration efforts with external entities like liquidity providers, custodians, and market data sources.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Engineering, Risk & Compliance, and Treasury to develop compliant, resilient features incorporating real-time regulatory and financial considerations.
• Leverage data analytics and user research to pinpoint user challenges, analyze irregularities, and optimize pricing, trade speed, and user experience.
• Support expansion initiatives including onboarding new asset classes, geographic markets, or compliance with different regulatory environments.

Candidate Requirements

• Minimum of three years in product ownership or technical product management roles within fintech, cryptocurrency, or financial infrastructure sectors.
• Strong knowledge of backend architectures and financial systems.
• Proven track record delivering high-performance solutions compliant with regulatory standards.
• Understanding of trading mechanisms, whether crypto or traditional markets.
• Excellent teamwork skills with the capability to align various internal stakeholders efficiently.
• Analytical mindset skilled in working with structured datasets and system design.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in fintech or crypto products related to digital assets.
• Familiarity with regulatory frameworks that govern crypto assets.
• Hands-on experience with product prototyping tools and user testing methods.
• Interest or experience in behavioral design or gamification in product development.
