Role Overview

Our Data Science team tackles challenging problems through innovative, practical solutions that enhance how customers experience Revolut. Deep Learning Engineers play a critical role focusing on generative AI (GenAI) and large language model (LLM) integration, creating impactful user tools and optimizing processes. As a Deep Learning Engineer working with leading-edge LLMs, you will develop solutions influencing millions of users globally.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and develop AI-driven applications including personal assistants, chatbots, and copilots from the ground up.
• Implement both user-centric and backend deep learning functionalities.
• Create scalable, impactful AI innovations based on extensive data.
• Work in close partnership with Product Owners, Software Engineers, Data Analysts, and Operations Managers to solve deep learning challenges.
• Incorporate state-of-the-art AI technologies to propel Revolut's AI capabilities forward.

Qualifications and Experience

• Hands-on experience applying deep learning techniques in natural language processing and working with large language models.
• Bachelor's degree in STEM disciplines such as mathematics, computer science, or engineering.
• Strong proficiency in data science tools, particularly Python and SQL, including production environments.
• Foundational knowledge in probability and statistics.
• Ability to think strategically and diagnose problems to translate research into production-ready solutions.
• Excellent communicator and collaborator, capable of engaging effectively with product and business leadership.

Preferred Qualifications

• Master’s or PhD in quantitative fields.
• Experience with additional programming languages including Java, Scala, or C++.
• Previous employment in a large-scale tech company valued above $15 billion.
• Achievements in competitive academic contests such as physics, mathematics, economics, or programming olympiads.
