Role Summary

The Product Operations Educator specializes in maintaining organizational efficiency and handling inventory-related functions in accordance with company policies. Key activities include processing incoming inventory, arranging stock both on the sales floor and behind the scenes, and supporting other inventory operations to advance profitable merchandise flow. Additionally, educators assist guests on the retail floor, either by offering direct service or connecting them with appropriate team members.

Key Responsibilities

  • Maintain and organize the inventory workspace to optimize efficiency and ensure store safety.
  • Accurately perform RFID inventory counts and follow the inventory processing plan set by the Product Operations Lead.
  • Receive and handle product shipments, including folding, sorting, and hanging merchandise to maximize space and operational productivity.
  • Prepare, reconcile, package, and ship products to designated locations based on company standards, including handling damaged goods and consolidations.
  • Manage product presentation adjustments, daily restocking, destocking, and product movements on the sales floor to maintain visual appeal and organization.
  • Implement market-specific omnichannel initiatives such as buy online/pickup in store and ship-from-store services.
  • Engage with guests on the sales floor or direct them to another team member to enhance their experience.
  • Contribute to fostering an inclusive, respectful team environment that supports and engages all team members and customers.
  • Utilize in-store technologies to support operations and create positive guest experiences.

Eligibility and Requirements

  • Must be legally authorized to work in Canada.
  • Access to reliable transportation for commuting to the assigned store location.
  • Minimum age of 18 years.
  • A flexible schedule accommodating mornings, afternoons, evenings, overnight shifts, weekends, holidays, and occasional store-closed hours.
  • No prior experience is mandatory; however, retail, warehouse, distribution, or inventory processing experience is a beneficial asset.
  • High school diploma, GED, or equivalent is advantageous but not required.

Compensation and Benefits

  • Hourly base pay ranging from $19.25 to $22.15 based on location and experience.
  • Target bonus of $2.00/hour, resulting in total expected hourly compensation between $21.25 and $24.15.
