Position Overview

The Educator role is crucial to our organizational success. Educators excel in delivering top-tier customer service and guest experiences in retail environments. Their responsibilities include engaging guests meaningfully, providing expert product knowledge, and authentically representing our community and culture.

Key Responsibilities

  • Engage with guests attentively to ensure exceptional experiences valuing their time.
  • Evaluate guest needs to offer personalized purchase and return solutions.
  • Deliver technical education by highlighting product benefits and value.
  • Facilitate smooth guest transactions and execute relevant omnichannel initiatives such as online purchases with in-store pickup, phone sales, and shipping from store following company guidelines.
  • Remain active on the floor to continuously assist guests and address store needs.
  • Gather guest feedback and collaborate with store leaders to resolve concerns effectively.
  • Promote a respectful, inclusive team atmosphere that celebrates diversity, supporting both guests and colleagues.
  • Build productive relationships within the team to enhance overall guest experiences and store operations.
  • Manage product presentation including restocking, repositioning, and inventory tasks as per standards.
  • Utilize in-store technology to support operations and enhance guest interactions.
  • Maintain store cleanliness throughout shifts to uphold a premium environment.
  • Follow staff safety policies ensuring a secure workplace.
  • Comply with all applicable laws, policies, and procedures.

Job Requirements and Eligibility

  • Must have legal authorization to work in Canada.
  • Be at least 18 years old.
  • Provide proof of right to work and meet local legislative requirements.
  • Have reliable transportation to commute to the assigned store.
  • Be willing to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
  • Comfortable working in an environment with bright lights and loud music.
  • Physically able to move throughout the store for most of the shift and lift up to 30 lbs (13.6 kg).
  • Able to work both independently and as part of a team.
  • Having a high school diploma, GED, or equivalent is advantageous but not mandatory.

Compensation and Benefits

  • Base hourly pay ranging from $19.25 to $22.15, subject to local minimum wages.
  • Target bonus of $2.00 per hour.
  • Total target hourly compensation ranges from $21.25 to $24.15.
