Role Overview

We are seeking a Product Manager to lead the strategy and roadmap for either the Model Context Protocol (MCP) or the Agents module within our AI Agent Management product. This role involves enabling enterprises to connect, govern, and control the services AI agents utilize.

You will collaborate closely with an Engineering Manager and their team, balancing user demands, technical viability, and business priorities in a rapidly evolving environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain the product roadmap for native MCP or Agent-to-Agent (A2A) support across Gravitee's platform.
• Partner with Engineering leadership and development teams through phases of discovery, design, and delivery.
• Gather and prioritize feedback from customers using or adopting MCP servers, clients, or Agents and A2A technologies.
• Create prototypes using AI-assisted tools to test new features before committing engineering resources.
• Engage directly with customers and prospects to communicate product vision, often working alongside sales and field teams.
• Monitor usage and adoption metrics of MCP and Agent features and translate insights into actionable plans.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Experience managing enterprise software products.
• Strong communication and presentation skills in customer-facing environments.
• Technical expertise, preferably with experience in API infrastructure or developer tools.
• Ability to articulate complex technical trade-offs to both engineers and business stakeholders.
• Familiarity with the Model Context Protocol, Agent-to-Agent communications, and the broader AI agent tooling landscape.
• Solid understanding of REST APIs and common integration patterns.
• Curious about AI's evolving role in orchestrating tools and services.

Preferred Attributes

• Hands-on experience building or integrating MCP servers or clients, and/or AI Agents.
• Background in solutions engineering, consulting, or customer success roles.
• Experience with multi-large language model (LLM) or agent orchestration products.
• Knowledge of API gateway or API management solutions.
• Awareness of security and governance considerations in software.
