Overview

An innovative fintech firm seeking a skilled Product Manager to lead and expand its product development initiatives.

Primary Responsibilities

• Develop and define product strategy and a clear roadmap aligned with user needs and business goals.
• Create detailed specifications and oversee the product backlog.
• Collaborate closely with engineering, design, and data teams to deliver new product features.
• Analyze product performance metrics to guide strategic decisions.
• Collect and prioritize feedback from customers and stakeholders.
• Report product progress and roadmap updates to company leadership.

Qualifications

• Minimum of four years experience in product management, preferably within fintech or consumer technology sectors.
• Strong skills in analysis and prioritization.
• Proven experience in direct collaboration with engineering teams.
• Excellent written communication and ability to engage stakeholders effectively.
• Comfortable making informed decisions despite incomplete data.

Compensation

Monthly salary between ₦700,000 and ₦1,400,000, commensurate with experience.
