Product Manager - Tier 1

Role Summary and Responsibilities

Lead the end-to-end product development of Hormone Insights and Personalization modules by converting complex hormonal data into user-friendly, actionable experiences. Collaborate with multiple teams to ensure seamless product delivery from concept through launch.

• Own and manage the Hormone Insights product roadmap, steering it from the discovery phase to successful release.
• Interpret clinical data and logic to develop intuitive product features that enhance user engagement.
• Create and deliver personalized insights optimized for usability and customer value.
• Establish analytic needs before feature deployment to support data-driven decisions.
• Design, execute, and analyze A/B tests to validate product assumptions and hypotheses.
• Continuously evaluate usage metrics to pinpoint enhancement opportunities.
• Improve user education by crafting compelling and informative content.

Required Qualifications and Skills

• Professional experience spanning 5 to 8 years in product management within health technology, wellness, or similar data-driven scientific product domains.
• Demonstrated success in consumer product development with strong problem-solving aptitude aimed at improving the user experience.
• Capability to distill complex scientific and clinical information into clear, understandable, and effective features for users.
• Graduation from a highly reputed or top-tier educational institution is mandatory.
