About the Role
We seek a Global Product Manager to join our Automation and Integration team, playing a pivotal strategic role interfacing across departments. This position entails crafting a subscription-based service aligned with our product offerings to help customers minimize errors, reduce waste, and streamline operations.
This role will oversee the full product lifecycle from conception and development through launch and ongoing improvement. You will also lead efforts in marketing, sales enablement, product education, and market analysis. Collaboration with engineering, design, sales, and marketing teams will ensure delivery of solutions tailored to customer needs that propel business growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and articulate product vision, strategy, and roadmaps driven by customer insights, market dynamics, and business priorities.
- Prioritize product features, enhancements, and fixes considering business impact, customer value, and technical feasibility.
- Monitor product performance and incorporate customer feedback to refine future iterations.
- Champion product adoption, customer retention, and expansion through impactful go-to-market planning.
- Keep abreast of industry developments and emerging technologies to discover innovation opportunities.
About You
We are looking for someone customer-centric and results-driven with a strong ambition to meet business and roadmap goals. Comfort in engaging with technical teams and customers is essential, with experience in industrial manufacturing and industrial control software preferred.
Qualifications and Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, Product Management, or comparable experience.
- Proven track record in product management, ideally with software services or SaaS.
- Deep understanding of software development life cycles, agile practices, and product management.
- Skillful in managing complex product portfolios, prioritizing efforts, and delivering on schedule and within budget.
- Analytical and data-driven approach to decision-making.
- Adept at managing multiple priorities in a fast-evolving environment.
- Familiarity with product management platforms such as JIRA, Asana, or Trello and analytics tools like Google Analytics or Mixpanel.
- Experience conceptualizing and strategizing SaaS along with cloud and on-premises solutions.
