About the Role
At LionsBot International, we operate as one cohesive team committed to delivering top-tier excellence. We are looking to hire an accomplished Product Manager to spearhead the advancement of our next-generation cleaning robots from initial concept through to commercial launch. This role involves full ownership of the product lifecycle for novel robot lines and close collaboration with engineering teams to convert customer needs into innovative solutions.
Primary Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive market research and analyze competition to uncover new product opportunities.
- Formulate detailed product requirements and specifications grounded in customer insights.
- Oversee prototype development from concept creation to production readiness.
- Manage pilot implementation phases and refine products in response to operational feedback.
- Collaborate with engineering, supply chain, and manufacturing units to ensure production readiness.
- Craft and execute go-to-market strategies alongside marketing teams.
- Bear P&L responsibilities and construct solid business cases.
- Ensure smooth handover of products to sustaining teams after launch.
Qualifications and Experience
- Minimum 5 years of experience in hardware product management or engineering roles.
- Proven expertise in driving products from conceptualization through mass production.
- Strong technical knowledge in robotics, mechatronics, or related fields.
- Demonstrated success in launching products to market.
- Familiarity with agile and lean product development practices.
- Exceptional abilities in stakeholder engagement and communication.
