Job description

About Stripe

Stripe is a financial infrastructure platform trusted by millions of businesses globally, from large enterprises to startups. Our mission is to increase the GDP of the internet by helping companies accept payments, drive growth, and unlock new opportunities.

About the Team

The Professional Services (ProServ) team at Stripe supports businesses worldwide in designing, implementing, and enhancing their Stripe integrations. We are expanding our global delivery capabilities by establishing a formal portfolio of service offerings that define engagement scope, methods, resources, and commercial terms.

Role Overview

We are seeking a Product Manager to oversee the end-to-end portfolio of Professional Services offerings. This unique position blends strategy, commercial planning, and delivery operations. You will ensure that our offerings are well-designed, effectively marketed, and sustainably delivered, adapting the portfolio as market needs evolve. Your "product" comprises the service scope, pricing, methodology, and operational performance. Collaboration with Sales, Delivery, Finance, and Stripe’s Product teams is vital to continuously optimize each service offering.

Key Responsibilities

  • Own and govern the Professional Services portfolio, including defining scope, hours, pricing, and resourcing plans across offerings targeting all customer segments from startups to enterprises.
  • Manage the full lifecycle of offerings: design, development, launch, iteration, and retirement in response to market demands, delivery feedback, and product updates.
  • Keep the portfolio aligned with Stripe’s product launches and maintain a governance framework for service offerings.
  • Develop and monitor key performance indicators for offerings such as attach rate, scope deviation, budget adherence, gross margin, and customer satisfaction.
  • Lead regular performance reviews with ProServ leadership, providing insights and actionable recommendations.
  • Analyze delivery data to identify and resolve systematic over- or under-scoping issues.
  • Conduct structured retrospectives with delivery leads post-engagement to gather insights.
  • Act as the communication hub between Delivery, Sales, and Finance teams, integrating diverse inputs into informed offering design decisions.

Candidate Profile

  • At least 7 years of experience in Professional Services or consulting delivery roles.
  • Proven track record in shaping or owning service offerings.
  • Strong commercial awareness and analytical capabilities.
  • Excellent written communication skills.
  • Background in Product Management, with training or relevant experience.
  • Adept at applying product principles—such as hypothesis formation, prototyping, measurement, and iteration—to service design.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Familiarity with Certinia and/or Salesforce.
  • Experience with partner and systems integrator ecosystems.

Work Arrangement

Employees in this role based in Dublin are expected to spend a minimum of 50% of their working time in the office or with users, though location and role specifics may adjust this expectation.

The salary range for this position in Dublin is €76,800 to €115,200 annually. This range may differ for other locations and may encompass multiple career levels. Compensation may include equity, bonuses, retirement plans, health benefits, and wellness stipends.
