Product Manager - Mobile Device Management (MDM)

Overview

We are looking for a seasoned Product Manager to lead the Mobile Device Management (MDM) product, a key component of our LANDI Connect platform designed for POS devices. This role requires close collaboration with our research and development team and UX/UI designers located in China, as well as regional business stakeholders, aiming to define product strategy, assure high-quality delivery, and drive successful market introduction.

Key Responsibilities

• Gather and evaluate product requirements from customers, regional teams, and leadership to inform product direction.
• Oversee the prioritization of product requirements alongside R&D and other key partners to align with strategic business goals.
• Develop and keep up-to-date comprehensive product documentation, including specifications and roadmap planning.
• Work closely with R&D to influence UX/UI and technical solution designs, ensuring effective communications among all parties for smooth project progress.
• Track development stages, reporting updates and potential risks to senior leadership.
• Assist with responses to RFI/RFPs and support pre-sales customer engagements.
• Deliver product training and help create marketing and enablement resources.
• Facilitate customer demonstrations, deployment strategies, and participation in industry events.
• Collaborate with R&D and Operations to diagnose and resolve field issues, ensuring product quality and reliable service.

Required Qualifications

• A Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or a related field.
• More than 3 years’ experience in Product Management, Business Analysis, or Product Ownership.
• In-depth knowledge of Transport Management System (TMS), Mobile Device Management (MDM), Enterprise Mobility Management (EMM), and Android-based smart POS terminals.
• Experience using JIRA and Confluence with strong analytical and technical writing skills.
• Fluency in English and Mandarin for effective coordination with teams in China and across regions.
• Familiarity with SaaS billing and subscription management platforms is advantageous.
