Product Manager

About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Product Manager to take full ownership of a product segment from strategic planning through to execution. This role involves developing roadmaps, prioritizing features, and collaborating with cross-functional teams including engineering, design, marketing, sales, and customer success to deliver products that delight customers and meet business objectives.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the product roadmap and strategic direction for a designated area.
• Conduct customer research, prepare product specifications, and align stakeholders around product goals.
• Work closely with engineering and design teams during product development cycles.
• Define relevant product metrics, analyze data, and iterate products based on insights.
• Coordinate product launches with marketing, sales, and customer success teams.
• Make informed and sometimes difficult prioritization decisions and communicate rationale clearly.

Required Qualifications and Skills

• Minimum of 4 years’ experience as a Product Manager responsible for delivering software products.
• Strong analytical capabilities and comfort with data-driven decision-making.
• Excellent written communication skills, including the ability to author Product Requirement Documents (PRDs) and provide updates to stakeholders.
• Experience with product analytics platforms such as Amplitude, Mixpanel, or Google Analytics 4.
• A proactive attitude with the ability to lead projects through ambiguity to successful outcomes.
• Empathy towards customers and a keen curiosity about their challenges.
