Role Overview

The Product Manager for Integrations will oversee the entire integration surface of North platform. This role involves both managing integration products from prioritization to adoption and building foundational platform capabilities needed to support integrations that do not yet exist.

Key Outcomes

  • Develop a suite of integrations that achieve high customer usage and retention.
  • Create reusable platform features and a scalable developer and partner onboarding process applicable across multiple use cases.

Primary Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute the integration ecosystem strategy, including roadmaps, prioritizations, and partner approaches based on customer demands and revenue impact.
  • Manage North’s integrations end-to-end and collaborate with strategic customers to design transformative, integration-driven workflows.
  • Create generic platform capabilities such as connector frameworks, authentication/identity handling, tool usage, data synchronization, and permissioning, working closely with core teams.
  • Work with engineering teams to evolve integration efforts into reusable product components, overseeing their scoping, sequencing, and construction.
  • Shape the developer and partner experience through APIs, SDKs, plugin models, and documentation, while monitoring metrics like adoption rate, setup duration, and retention.

Candidate Qualifications

  • Minimum 5 years’ experience in product management focused on platform/API, integrations, or developer/ecosystem products.
  • Proven success delivering integration, connector, or platform products that have driven notable adoption, growth, or retention.
  • Experience engaging directly with high-profile customers and ecosystem partners.
  • Strong technical understanding of APIs, authentication, data schema, and integration architectures, with the ability to balance first-party, partner, and self-service models.
  • Data-oriented mindset with strong cross-functional collaboration skills spanning engineering, design, and deployment teams.
  • Experience managing AI-centric products.
  • A bias towards shipping products quickly and iterating based on feedback.
  • Knowledge in some of the following areas: Agentic AI, Large Language Models (LLMs), Automation, Productivity tools, Enterprise security, and compliance standards.

Employee Benefits

  • Weekly lunch stipend of $75 or £75 or equivalent local currency.
  • Comprehensive health and dental plans including dedicated mental health support budget.
  • Retirement savings plans such as RRSP matching, 401(k), or Pension Scheme.
  • Fully paid parental leave top-up for up to 6 months, applicable to either parent.
  • Annual enrichment budgets covering arts, culture, wellness, quality time, workspace improvements, and educational opportunities including conferences and coaching.
  • Generous paid time off of 6 weeks (30 working days).
  • Travel budget for visiting other offices if working remotely and participation in one annual company offsite.

  • On-site employees receive daily lunches, snacks, and participate in frequent community events.
  • Remote employees are supported with coworking space benefits and a $500 stipend to set up home offices.
