About AIOS
AIOS is pioneering the world’s first end-to-end AI doctor platform. Rapidly growing from $10M to $350M in annual recurring revenue within a year, AIOS serves over 150,000 monthly patients through its flagship UK brand, Bolt Pharmacy, and is profitable. The company aims to revolutionize the $2 trillion European healthcare sector by leveraging the booming GLP-1 market and plans to expand aggressively with key milestones, including becoming the largest GLP-1 provider in Europe and achieving full autonomous prescription capabilities.
Role Summary
As the Product Manager - Engagement at AIOS, you will be responsible for transforming the medication delivery app into an indispensable daily companion for users on their weight loss journey. You will design and launch features that foster user support and community, such as private group functionalities called 'Circles' that encourage social connection and retention. You will also own the freemium model that attracts and converts prospective and current GLP-1 users, making the experience more social and less isolated.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the engagement and social product roadmap to make the app a product users want to engage with daily.
- Develop and manage the Circles feature to build community and support around users’ journeys.
- Drive freemium growth strategies to attract and convert new users, nurturing viral growth loops.
- Apply behavioral design principles alongside clinical constraints to construct a stigma-sensitive engagement model.
- Conduct independent qualitative and quantitative research to guide product decisions and measure impact on retention, engagement, and growth.
- Define and monitor key metrics like weekly active users, retention, and conversion from freemium to paid customers to demonstrate the effectiveness of your outputs.
Required Qualifications & Experience
- Over 5 years as a Product Manager focused on consumer apps, with demonstrated success leading 0-to-1 product development.
- Strong background in building social, community, and growth-driven features that enhance user retention and viral adoption.
- Fluent in growth mechanics such as freemium conversion rates, retention curves, and activation funnels; ability to align and educate team members.
- Proven ability to independently manage ambiguous problems end-to-end, owning hypotheses and roadmaps.
- High data literacy with a commitment to accurate, transparent metrics and experience defining or refining product KPIs.
- Experience conducting self-directed qualitative and quantitative research and managing multiple concurrent tests.
- Comfortable working at high velocity with weekly sprint cycles, prioritizing rapid learning through early user feedback.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience working in regulated or sensitive markets such as healthcare, finance, or dating, understanding stigma as a design challenge.
- Background in early-stage startups or entrepreneurial ventures, comfortable with building processes and products from scratch.
- Experience creating multi-sided products serving diverse user groups including customers, supporters, and prospects.
- Proficiency leveraging AI technologies to amplify research, analysis, and product development velocity.
Company Culture & Values
- Deep commitment to AIOS's mission to transform healthcare for 100 million patients by 2035.
- Strong ethical foundation and integrity navigating novel and ambiguous challenges.
- Paranoia and readiness to face looming difficulties with tenacious resolve.
- Relentless pursuit of excellence; rejecting mediocrity and embracing high-quality execution.
- Culture of radical transparency and honest communication.
- Urgency and fast-paced execution environment.
- Frugality that promotes resourcefulness and smart spending.
- A mindset focused on breaking down barriers and shaping the industry landscape.
- Maintaining focus on long-term impact over short-term recognition.
- Prioritize the customer's benefit in every decision, striving to deliver exceptional value.
Compensation & Benefits
- Annual salary range of $100,000 to $200,000 including equity participation.
- Comprehensive medical insurance where applicable.
- Paid time off with at least two weeks per year plus local national holidays.
