Job Role and Responsibilities
We are seeking an experienced Product Manager to lead the product roadmap for CFD and Forex trading products available on web, mobile, and desktop platforms. This position involves collaborating across teams such as trading, technology, UX/UI, compliance, legal, and commercial departments in a fast-paced and regulated environment. The successful candidate will oversee the entire product lifecycle from initial discovery through launch and iterative improvements.
- Take ownership of the product roadmap for multiple platform CFD and Forex products.
- Lead projects from concept through to delivery, launch, and continuous iteration.
- Collaborate with key stakeholders including trading, marketing, compliance, legal, and engineering teams to achieve product goals.
- Conduct market and competitor analysis to identify emerging trends and opportunities for growth.
- Develop and enhance core trading features such as execution workflows, charting tools and indicators, risk management, and platform performance improvements.
- Work closely with UX/UI teams to create seamless and user-friendly trading experiences for diverse trader personas.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory standards, supporting approval and governance processes.
- Monitor product performance, gather feedback, and refine features using analytics and data insights.
- Serve as the authoritative internal expert on CFD and Forex trading products.
Required Qualifications and Experience
- At least 10 years of product management experience in CFD or Forex industries.
- In-depth knowledge of financial markets, trading platforms, order execution, and pricing engine mechanics.
- Proven track record managing product delivery across web, mobile, and multi-asset platforms.
- Hands-on familiarity with platforms like MT4/MT5, proprietary trading systems, or liquidity provider integration.
- Experience leading cross-functional teams and managing products within regulated environments.
- Strong data-oriented mindset with proficiency in tools such as Excel and Tableau for analytics.
- Excellent communication, stakeholder engagement, and decision-making abilities.
