Role Overview

We seek an experienced Product Manager specializing in Device Intelligence (DI) to join our Product team. This role involves full ownership of the DI product roadmap—a key offering targeted at tier-1 Network Service Providers globally. You will represent customer interests by translating market demands, competitive insights, and analytics into a coherent product vision and actionable tasks for engineering squads. A strong focus will be on integrating AI and Large Language Model (LLM) capabilities to improve DI systems' quality, scope, and automation, working at the intersection of advanced networking technologies and results-oriented product development.

Responsibilities

• Take charge of the Device Intelligence product roadmap, steering quarterly planning, prioritization, and clear communication across strategic business themes.
• Define and constantly update a prioritized product backlog focusing on business value, customer KPIs, and engineering resources.
• Drive structured discovery processes, evaluating and advancing initiatives from research phases through design to implementation.
• Contribute to release scheduling and manage expectations around sprint and quarterly deliveries alongside engineering and delivery leadership.
• Create comprehensive product requirement documents (PRDs), feature specs, and acceptance criteria for DI features.
• Function as the product owner liaising between multiple engineering teams including Cloud, Firmware, Research, and QA, ensuring unimpeded delivery.
• Design and validate AI-enhanced workflows leveraging LLMs, automated feature extraction, and data-labeling tools.
• Assess and incorporate emerging networking standards applicable to device identification such as Wi-Fi 7/MLO, Matter/Thread, mDNS, DHCP, and HTTP User-Agent headers.
• Serve as the primary product liaison for tier-1 NSP customers, conducting product reviews and aligning roadmaps and feature requests.
• Aggregate client feedback and operational data to inform product enhancements and refine feature priority.
• Support sales and customer success teams with competitive positioning, value propositions, and new account solution strategies.
• Lead competitive intelligence efforts benchmarking CUJO AI’s solutions on accuracy, features, and market positioning versus competitors.
• Monitor market and technology trends including Wi-Fi 7 and IoT protocol adoption to keep product roadmaps relevant and forward thinking.
• Oversee backlog grooming, sprint planning, and retrospectives, guaranteeing well-prepared and prioritized tasks for engineers.
• Promptly address and escalate blockers affecting delivery cycles, proposing possible solutions.
• Maintain detailed and updated product documentation encompassing plans, decisions, and specifications.

Qualifications & Skills

• Proven product management experience in technical B2B software sectors, preferably networking, cybersecurity, or IoT domains.
• Thorough knowledge of device intelligence concepts such as device fingerprinting, network traffic analysis, or protocol-level device identification.
• Capability to define specifications for AI/ML-driven products, including LLM workflows, clustering algorithms, automated labeling, and lifecycle management.
• Familiarity with networking and IoT protocols: Wi-Fi 6/6E/7, MLO, Matter, Thread, DHCP, mDNS, HTTP User-Agent.
• Strong analytical skills to interpret data dashboards, query datasets, and extract actionable insights from metrics.
• Expertise in Agile and Scrum frameworks, backlog prioritization, and quarterly planning methodologies.
• Excellent communication and presentation abilities tailored to both technical and leadership audiences.
• Experience with product management and collaboration tools like Jira and Confluence.
• Fluency in spoken and written English.
