Product Manager - Cloud Infrastructure

Role Overview

As a Product Manager at CloudKeeper, you will spearhead the strategic planning, roadmap design, and execution for our real-time cloud usage optimization and recommendation platforms. You will be responsible for shaping the vision and development of products in the CloudKeeper Platform Suite, including Lens, Tuner, Commit, Gen AI, and Check.

Key Responsibilities

• Define and drive the product vision and strategy for the CloudKeeper Platform Suite, aligning with overarching goals of cloud cost and usage optimization.
• Take ownership of the product roadmap by prioritizing feature development, enhancements, integrations, and improving user experience.
• Manage the complete product lifecycle from ideation, writing PRDs, UX/design collaboration, through development, launch, and ongoing iterations.
• Collaborate with UX/design teams to develop user-friendly workflows tailored for engineering and DevOps professionals.
• Engage directly with customers to collect feedback, uncover pain points, and validate product direction.
• Lead annual planning, release scheduling, and sprint delivery using Agile methodologies.
• Ensure all documentation, training materials, and enablement resources are comprehensive for both internal and external stakeholders.

Desired Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or a related discipline; Master’s preferred.
• Minimum of 5 years' experience in product management, preferably within SaaS environments focused on cloud infrastructure, FinOps, or developer tools.
• Strong background in B2B or Enterprise SaaS product development is essential.
• Solid understanding of AWS or other public cloud infrastructures including compute, storage, and networking components.
• Familiarity with tools such as Jira, Confluence, Figma, Productboard, BI dashboards, and PostHog is preferred.
• Prior exposure to cloud cost optimization or FinOps practices is considered a significant advantage.

Project Focus

• Lead enhancements and rollout of next-generation recommendation engines.
• Develop and refine CloudKeeper’s Guaranteed Savings program.
• Design AI-driven, conversational user experiences for engineering teams.
• Define and analyze key metrics related to cost savings impact, user adoption, and churn rates.
• Investigate opportunities in multi-cloud optimization, FinOps governance, and cloud-native developer tools.
