About the Team
Our team pioneers the creation and improvement of content safety systems, focusing on optimizing content protection using advanced large language and multimodal models to boost review accuracy, risk management, and user confidence. We collaborate closely with business and technical stakeholders to deliver scalable solutions that support rapid global expansion.
The Platform team oversees the development and deployment of platform products leveraging sophisticated models for early risk detection, enhancing the company's ability to manage risk signals or emerging trends efficiently.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the design and development of a platform dedicated to identifying and managing overseas content safety risks, taking charge of product roadmap planning and requirements management to improve business efficiency and user experience.
- Engage with business units to analyze scenarios involving video and live streaming content, uncover pain points such as risky trend management, break down issues into implementable product and operational solutions, and develop general platform functionalities.
- Apply capabilities of large language models to improve risk handling processes, including historical content analysis, optimizing risk detection models and strategies, and delivering versatile product tools that standardize and streamline product lifecycle operations.
- Conduct data analysis following product launches to assess optimization results, including evaluating model performance, and drive ongoing product innovation and enhancements.
Required Qualifications
- At least 5 years of experience as a Product Manager focusing on platform products within technology or internet sectors.
- Hands-on experience with risk identification and management methods such as rule engines, strategy debugging, and risk expansion techniques.
- Strong business acumen with the ability to empathize with user challenges, excellent communication skills, and robust cross-functional collaboration capabilities.
- Capability to prioritize effectively under tight deadlines involving multiple stakeholders to meet business objectives.
Preferred Qualifications
- Previous involvement in AI-related projects or products, with an active interest in researching cutting-edge industry technologies.
- Experience leading and coordinating large-scale projects.
- Adaptability to fast-paced environments and responsiveness to daily challenges inherent in the role.
