Role Overview

We are seeking a Product Manager with expertise in AI and Web3 to lead the development of core Agent capabilities and the Skill ecosystem for Binance Agentic. This role involves owning the design of Agent products, implementing the Harness evaluation framework, validating end-to-end task execution, and iteratively improving these features. A deep understanding of AI Agents' technical limitations and Web3/exchange business contexts is essential, along with the ability to coordinate across engineering, business, operations, and partner teams for effective product delivery.

Key Responsibilities

• Design Agent functionalities for Binance Agentic, including task workflows, user interaction models, defining capability limits, fallback mechanisms, and feedback loops.
• Create and maintain the Harness framework: develop test scenarios, set evaluation standards, curate task collections, analyze AI performance, and recommend iterative enhancements.
• Collaborate with technical leads, frontend engineers, and skill designers to translate business needs into actionable, testable, and deployable product specifications.
• Identify high-impact Agent use cases across Web3 domains such as wallets, accounts, payments, trading, and other Binance financial services.
• Stay informed on industry trends in AI Agents, model-centric paradigms, tool-calling, prompt engineering, and automated evaluation to inform product strategies.
• Define and monitor performance metrics like task success rates, user satisfaction, error frequencies, response quality, and accuracy of tool calls.
• Proactively detect issues arising from real-world usage and drive continuous product, engineering, and operational improvements.

Candidate Qualifications

• Professional experience with AI products, AI Agent platforms, generative AI applications, automation solutions, or developer tools.
• Strong background in Web3 technologies, cryptocurrency exchanges, wallets, on-chain transactions, decentralized finance, or digital asset management. Practical understanding of AI Agent mechanisms including tool invocation, task planning, context handling, and evaluation.
• Demonstrated product management skills encompassing clear product requirement documents, user flow diagrams, test planning, acceptance criteria, and iteration methodologies.
• Exceptional abilities in cross-functional collaboration and communication with engineers, designers, operations, and business units.

Preferred Extras

• Experience within cryptocurrency exchanges, Web3 wallets, on-chain trading systems, payments, or financial technology products.
• Familiarity with AI Agent testing frameworks such as Harness, Eval, benchmarking, automated testing platforms, or prompt evaluation techniques.
• Knowledge of modern AI methods including model-centric prompting, function calling, retrieval-augmented generation, multi-Agent orchestration, and workflow automation.
• Understanding of Binance's ecosystem or common Web3 user scenarios.
• Strong English proficiency for navigating global AI and Web3 product and technical documentation.
