Role Overview

The position centers on managing AgentWarden, a product securing AI agents throughout their lifecycle—from risk evaluation before deployment to runtime supervision and incident response. You will collaborate closely with engineering, research teams, and directly with customers' security, platform, and AI teams to ensure safe and approved agent operations in production environments.

Key Initial Focus

• Assessing risks related to AI agents before deployment, particularly analyzing tool and permission combinations that pose security concerns.
• Evaluating third-party tool connections and runtime agent behaviors to identify vulnerabilities.
• Engaging with customers to determine blocking risks to deployments, identify decision-makers, and translate pilot experiences into clear product requirements.

Primary Responsibilities

• Define and manage the AgentWarden product roadmap driven by customer needs and success indicators.
• Lead customer discovery processes and pilot projects engaging enterprise security and AI platform teams, including presenting to senior security stakeholders.
• Identify stakeholders involved in deployment approval and operation, creating tailored pilot experiences addressing their requirements.
• Develop detailed product requirements with measurable acceptance criteria and test sets for engineering and research teams.
• Monitor developments in agent frameworks, multi-channel platforms, and related threat intelligence to refine the roadmap accordingly.
• Collaborate with related product managers on shared policies, evaluation methods, and alert systems.

Qualifications and Requirements

• 2 to 4 years of product management experience, ideally within security, developer tools, or AI/ML enterprise products.
• Practical understanding of AI agents including tool invocation, multi-channel protocols, and familiarity with at least one agent framework like LangGraph, OpenAI Agents SDK, or CrewAI; ability to construct a basic agent independently.
• Knowledgeable about large language model and agent security threats such as prompt injection attacks, over-privileged agency, and data leakage, including awareness of OWASP Top 10 for LLM Applications.
• Proficient in reading Python or TypeScript code to interpret scanner outputs and discuss detection strategies with engineering teams.
• Experience conducting customer discovery with technical buyers and translating insights into defined product requirements.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills suitable for presentations to enterprise-level security leaders.
• Willingness to travel and spend 4 to 6 weeks annually onsite with customers, with flexibility for extended visits during significant projects.

Preferred Additional Experience

• Background in security engineering, application security, red teaming, or detection engineering.
• Experience working with products delivering findings or alerts for Security Operations or Application Security teams.
• Familiarity with deployments in financial services or other highly regulated industries.
