Role Overview

We seek a committed Product Manager based in the UAE to join our expanding team. The role requires substantial experience in product ownership, project management, and technology to transform business needs into defined product requirements and guide digital product development from conception to launch. The focus will be on managing the entire product roadmap and backlog and coordinating cross-functional teams to launch top-tier digital healthcare products, including online pharmacy, telehealth, and e-commerce solutions, serving international markets like the UK, Europe, USA, and Gulf region.

Primary Responsibilities

• Define and own the product vision, strategy, and roadmap aligned with company goals for online pharmacy, telehealth, and e-commerce platforms.
• Collect, analyze, and prioritize user, business, and stakeholder requirements, converting them into user stories, acceptance criteria, and detailed product specifications.
• Effectively manage and prioritize the product backlog to ensure focus on the highest value activities for development teams.
• Oversee end-to-end product project management including scope definition, resource allocation, timelines, budget oversight, risk assessment, and dependency management.
• Facilitate Agile processes such as sprint planning, daily meetings, sprint reviews, and retrospectives.
• Collaborate intensively with developers, designers, QA, pharmacy, clinical, marketing, operations, and customer service teams to deliver timely, quality products.
• Serve as the liaison between technical teams and business stakeholders, ensuring transparent and consistent communication about priorities and progress.
• Supervise development of web platforms, mobile applications, and e-commerce stores with necessary integrations including prescribing, pharmacy, payment, and delivery systems.
• Ensure product compliance with healthcare regulations and data protection laws across markets, such as UAE health data legislation, GDPR, and HIPAA.
• Coordinate all testing phases including user acceptance testing to guarantee product quality.
• Analyze product performance through user feedback, key metrics, and competitive market research to continuously enhance user experience and features.
• Prepare comprehensive product documentation, release notes, and progress reports for leadership.

Qualifications and Skills

• At least 3 years of professional experience in product management, product ownership, project management, or related roles within tech environments.
• Demonstrated hands-on experience owning product backlogs, crafting user stories, and defining acceptance criteria.
• Strong project management capabilities with proven success in delivering projects on schedule, within scope and budget.
• Technical aptitude with sound knowledge of software development lifecycle, web/mobile applications, APIs, and third-party integrations.
• Expertise in Agile and Scrum methodologies; certifications such as CSPO, PSPO, or PMP are advantageous.
• Proficiency with project and product management tools including Jira, Confluence, Trello, Asana, ClickUp, or similar platforms.
• Ability to translate business goals into technical requirements and communicate effectively across technical and business teams.
• Exceptional analytical thinking and problem-solving skills with a data-driven decision-making approach.
• Experience in healthcare, online pharmacy, telehealth, e-commerce, or digital health platforms is highly preferred.
• Excellent communication, organizational, and leadership skills.
• Fluent in English.
