Mission and Role
Flexii is redefining work in Asia and seeks a Product Manager deeply attuned to the complexities faced by businesses and gig workers on the front lines. This role demands not only facilitation skills but also expert insight into the part-time labor market’s subtleties to develop a top-tier product roadmap.
Key Responsibilities
- Establish product objectives and strategic direction that optimize value for customers—both workers and businesses—as well as drive business growth.
- Manage the complete product roadmap, ensuring all features, including instant matching and automated payroll, support Flexii’s growth targets.
- Gather and prioritize input from business partners and gig workers, translating feedback into actionable product specifications.
- Serve as the liaison bridging commercial demands and technical feasibility between business and engineering teams.
- Leverage in-depth understanding of the gig economy, including labor regulations, shift planning, and surge pricing, to innovate disruptive product features.
- Oversee the full product lifecycle encompassing discovery, user acceptance testing, and regional rollouts in Singapore, Hong Kong, and Taiwan.
Required Skills and Qualifications
- Minimum of 5 years' experience in product management or closely related roles.
- Capability to initiate and propose new projects effectively to stakeholders and leadership.
- Excellent communication aptitudes for negotiating and collaborating across teams.
- Proven track record in launching services alongside engineers, designers, testers, and commercial teams.
- Expertise in analyzing business requirements and drafting system specifications and documentation.
- Strong proficiency in data-driven decision-making.
- Well-versed in web and mobile application development processes.
- Experience in requirements gathering, scope definition, and designing product specifications.
