Responsibilities

• Take full ownership of a specific product domain from conception to launch and beyond.
• Convert customer needs into a well-planned roadmap and lead cross-functional collaborations involving technical specification creation, initial design mockups in Figma, and go-to-market strategies.
• Manage coordination between engineering, operations, and compliance teams to implement complex financial features globally.
• Utilize an iterative approach by collecting continuous user feedback and working alongside the Head of Data to analyze performance and enhance products.

Candidate Profile

• Brings a minimum of six years' experience in product management, strategy, or operations, preferably within a scaling technology company focused on consumer fintech or payment platforms.
• Possesses strong analytical capabilities, a good sense for user experience design, and ideally has lived experience of or empathy toward immigrant communities.
• Maintains an impact-first mindset and exhibits excellent organizational skills to independently manage complex projects in an agile startup environment.

Work Environment and Location

The position is based in London, UK, requiring onsite presence. You will join a fast-paced company founded by serial entrepreneurs with previous successful ventures and non-profit endeavors generating over $300 million in revenue. The role offers genuine autonomy and ownership while working alongside top-tier talent from Google, McKinsey, and Uber.
