About the Role
We are looking for an experienced Product Manager to spearhead the vision, strategy, and roadmap for AI-driven digital learning products. This position involves translating user needs and business goals into pioneering product solutions and collaborating extensively with teams including Engineering, AI & Machine Learning, Data Science, Instructional Design, Marketing, and Business Development.
Key Responsibilities
- Define and drive the product vision, strategic direction, and multi-phase roadmap.
- Oversee the creation of AI-enhanced learning experiences such as adaptive learning, intelligent tutoring, personalized learning paths, automated content and assessment generation, and grading systems.
- Design learner modeling, recommendation engines, knowledge tracking, and mastery estimation functionalities.
- Work closely with multidisciplinary teams to ensure integrated product development.
- Manage product requirements, technical specifications, assess AI solutions, conduct experiments, and analyze product data.
- Incorporate ethical AI practices along with data protection, security, and compliance standards into the platform.
- Guide and mentor other Product Managers, establishing leadership in AI and education technology across the organization.
Required Qualifications
- Over 8 years of Product Management experience, including significant leadership or supervisory roles.
- Demonstrated expertise in developing and scaling digital products.
- Comprehensive knowledge of Generative AI, Large Language Models (LLMs), Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG), AI Agents, personalization techniques, and data-driven product development methodologies.
- Proven experience collaborating closely with Engineering, Data Science, and Machine Learning units to deliver complex technology solutions.
- Strong strategic thinking abilities, leadership skills, and effective cross-team collaboration.
Preferred Skills
- Background in AI-focused product creation.
- Experience within Education Technology (EdTech), Software as a Service (SaaS), or technology platform sectors.
- Knowledge of Arabic Language Processing technologies.
- Prior work in developing AI-powered learning platforms.
