Role Overview
We are looking for a strategic and customer-oriented Product Manager to oversee the planning, development, and ongoing enhancement of products and features. This role requires a deep understanding of customer requirements, translating business goals into actionable product plans, and facilitating collaboration across diverse teams throughout the full product lifecycle.
Key Responsibilities
- Define clear product vision and objectives aligned with customer and business needs.
- Collect and analyze customer feedback and market trends to inform product decisions.
- Create and maintain product roadmaps and prioritize features based on strategic value.
- Prepare detailed product requirements, including user stories and acceptance criteria.
- Engage with cross-functional teams such as engineering, design, marketing, sales, and operations to ensure timely and quality product delivery.
- Monitor product performance metrics and user insights to identify areas of enhancement and support product launches and updates.
- Establish success criteria and manage product backlogs, guiding prioritization in an agile environment.
- Ensure continuous alignment between customer expectations, business goals, and technical possibilities.
Desired Qualifications and Skills
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Business Administration, Computer Science, Engineering, Marketing, or related fields.
- Solid grasp of product management principles, lifecycle stages, customer discovery, and market evaluation.
- Skillful in defining product requirements, user stories, acceptance criteria, and thorough documentation.
- Experience with product roadmapping, backlog control, prioritization methods, and agile frameworks.
- Strong analytical capabilities to interpret customer inputs, product performance data, and market research.
- Knowledge of UX/UI fundamentals and collaborative experience with design teams.
- Basic understanding of software development processes, APIs, technical workflows, and agile engineering is preferred.
- Capability to translate customer challenges into actionable product solutions.
- Excellent project management, organizational, communication, and stakeholder coordination skills.
- Adeptness in managing cross-functional teams and balancing multiple priorities.
- Familiarity with product analytics tools, experimentation, user research techniques, and measuring outcomes.
- Strong verbal and written communication talents to present product ideas clearly.
- Customer-centric approach combined with commercial acumen and strategic mindset.
