Product Lead

Role Overview

An established digital venture studio backed by institutional investors in the UAE is looking for a seasoned Product Lead to oversee the strategy and delivery of national-scale digital platforms. The organization combines private sector agility with large-scale public infrastructure, developing high-throughput platforms supporting statutory workflows, multi-party transactional ecosystems, and comprehensive citizen/business digital services.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and own the comprehensive product vision, multi-quarter plans, and measurable business KPIs for a portfolio of intricate transactional and civic digital platforms.
• Lead the unification of platform services, guiding the decomposition of core components into a modular, multi-tenant framework designed for rapid geographic scalability.
• Serve as the primary product expert in steering committees, executive groups, and regulatory discussions involving senior officials and enterprise partners.
• Translate complex regulatory frameworks, compliance demands, and market dynamics into optimized user journeys, precise product requirement documents, and prioritized engineering backlogs.
• Drive AI-enabled modernization initiatives by integrating machine learning, automated verification processes, and autonomous workflow capabilities within high-volume transaction environments.
• Maintain rigorous product standards pertaining to delivery speed, system uptime, incident management, SLA adherence, and stakeholder satisfaction feedback loops.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams spanning Product, Engineering, UX/UI, Operations, and external API integrations to ensure seamless execution.

Candidate Profile

• Possess over 10 years of experience in digital product management with a successful record of launching and scaling extensive enterprise or platform solutions.
• Experience in governing products within government digital services, GovTech, civic tech, or regulated transactional domains such as Asset-Tech, PropTech, RegTech, FinTech, or statutory licensing.
• A proven history of leading governance committees, navigating public-private partnerships (B2G/G2G), and managing regulatory approval processes.
• Strong expertise in modular platform design, API-first approaches, multi-tenant systems, and modern Agile methodologies for large-scale delivery.
• Demonstrated understanding of applied AI and workflow automation focusing on rapid deployment while ensuring data security, compliance, and human oversight.
• Commercially astute with the capability to balance institutional compliance and mandates with product agility and user engagement.
• Exceptional communication skills at the executive level including negotiation and consensus-building with diverse stakeholders.
• Academic background in Engineering, Computer Science, Business, Information Systems or related fields, with preferred certifications in Product Management or Agile practices.
